Should Students Be Bribed to Be Successful?

Some schools have resorted to paying students for things such as good grades and even showing up for class.  Is this a good solution for failing schools and students?

I think that this article talks mostly about life of kids in school. Children shouldn't get paid for going to school, since it is an obligation and it helps them with life. A child's education is basic, if they wish not to study then it is their issue for succeeding in life not the parent's issues.

Getting paid for working only makes them think of the money they are receiving instead of putting dedication in their study. They only create an interest for money in a child instead of an interest in education. This project that they made helped them reach the conclusion of how children respond to money.
